One of the rooms has its own bathroom, providing additional privacy and comfort. This room also features an extra fridge for storing food and beverages.

Each room is equipped with an LED TV with satellite channels, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. Additionally, there is a shared WC for the other room, which is practical and spacious.

The living room is roomy and contains a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or afternoon naps. There is also a large LED TV.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. You will find a large refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, and other household appliances that will make your stay and cooking more convenient.

Villa Monika offers a spacious and large yard with a swimming pool where you can cool off and enjoy sunbathing. There is also a gazebo, perfect for relaxing and staying protected from the sun. The deck chairs allow for comfortable sunbathing or reading a book by the pool. There’s also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious outdoor meals. The high green fence ensures your privacy and peace during your stay.
